Maintenance will not make appointments.
Manager is only here two times a week maybe.
Pool has not worked.
Customer service needs a lot of work.
Maintenance and management put to many bandaids on everything. My air conditioner has not worked properly in almost a year.

This neighborhood has gone to the toilet since it was sold to the current company. The 30 yr old maintenance man has the energy of a 80 yr old in other words he has none. The office staff changes every couple of months. The girl who is there now is hardly ever there. She shows up at 11 am then goes straight to lunch, most days she doesn't even come back. If you have a maintenance issue it takes months to get it seen to and it may not get fixed when he does. It is June 16 th and the pool isn't... even OPEN!!!! And they have the nerve to advertise renovated apts. when nothing out here is renovated or even up to the standards of any other Harbison area apt. WORST neighborhood this side of Broad RIver Rd. Weed smoking kids outside all hours of the night keeping working folk up, NEVER move here!!!! You will regret it instantly.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
My girlfriend and I recently moved in to our "renovated" apartment and the ac doesnt work and hasnt for since we have moved in, we call virshina and the other office lady and to no avail our ac is still broken and we are stuck in this miserable 1 bedroom paying over 200 for electric.

This property is pretty nice, although I hope the new management company does some upgrades to make it even nicer. Good location, lots of parks and trails. Maintenance is really fast and responsive, and the community is pet friendly. I like it here, and you can't beat the price. I plan on renting my lease.
