Do not apply here
Very disappointing experience with Cypress Run and leasing consultant Gabriel Holloway.
We applied and paid a deposit after being told move-in could be “as soon as April 24,” which was critical for our out-of-state relocation. After paying, we were informed that no units were actually available for that date and that the earliest availability would be in May.
We were then told no refund would be issued because we did not place a hold—despite the fact that no unit for our required move-in date... had been confirmed at the time of application. Offering a one-bedroom instead of the two-bedroom we applied for does not resolve the issue.
This process felt misleading and poorly communicated, and it left us with added stress and unexpected costs during a time-sensitive move.

Thank you for sharing your experience and do understand your frustration, however, in our effort to be fair to all applicants, units are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once a holding fee is received. Because we did not move forward with... a holding fee for your initial selection, the unit was unfortunately secured by another party.
We truly value your interest in living here and would love to keep you in the community. Gabe has identified several one-bedroom options available for May that might suit your needs. Please let us know if we can provide more details on those layouts or schedule a time for you to view them.
