Great Location and Landlord

Great apartment, seems new, put in washer and dryer right after we moved. Location is great and super safe. Only 10-12 mins from Fort Jackson. Lots to do around

First place to check and I went for it

The apartments are magnificent! The location, the cleanliness, the serenity. You will be more than satisfied before you even move in. Customer service is a top notch. Jason made my inquiry and application so smooth and he so understanding and caring for military folks. By far, he is the best landlord I have engaged.

Nice New Development

If you are looking for a nice up to date place to leave this is it! My experience here has been great. If any issues arise Jason is very prompt to handle the issues.

Very good

Apartment was completely new when moving in and while it didn't initially offer vacuum, dryer and kitchen fan, the owner was quick to provide those In a effortless manner. Quiet community for the most part with owner stepping in, in case things start getting rowdy. Also a higher sense of security with a couple of police cars stationed around the premises.

Lastly, utilities and internet being included is also very nice!

Excellent Living Experience with Great Management

I have had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff has been professional and responsive whenever I have had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
