Customer service

The property manager is very kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was friendly. Even though they're full she still took the time to talk to me. She even gave me other properties in the area that may have availability! Sad I can't move here..

I just don’t understand

this property told everyone they’d be able to move in during the month of august and here we are in the 2nd week of september and still haven’t be able to move in. it seems as though they are ignoring phone calls and emails from future tenets.
