New Tenant

Ms Reecie, (my apologies if I spelled her name wrong) has a very lovely, down to earth , caring, & professional aura about herself. She is very welcoming! The apartment was very clean, and comfortable and it has so many decoration possibilities!!! I look forward to this part of my life living in this community!!!

Amazing staff

Mill Run apartments have the most polite and professional staff. I was first greeted by Chanel the assistant manager on the phone. She was very helpful and kind, she even gave me information on how to retrieve documents i needed for the rental process.

When I arrived they were on lunch and the maintenance man was very polite and informed them we were there and they allowed us to come inside.

Once inside I met with Reecie the leasing consultant, who helped me submit my application and made it a… breeze because she entertained my two children so I was able to focus, she gave them popsicles and even a mini tour and showed them the pool.

My experience overall was amazing, I felt welcomed and was given a lot of compassion. I'm really looking forward to moving in to our new home.
