this place is going down! anyone can move here now. they don’t clean the rails, stairs dirty, dog poop on the grass, trash, noisy people, since this new management came this place has changed, can’t wait till my lease is up nothing is luxury about this place NOTHING

Terrible.
Don’t rent from them. Upon move in, the appliances were dirty. (Washer & dryer) Also, needed to send 3/4 maintenance requests before getting one response. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

The new apartments at Sandhills
I think the Nexus Apartments are in a nice location. Wow ! Right behind the movie theater! You can literally walk any where. Rita's ,bilo , all the department stores, and last but not least the restaurants . I want to move myself and I pay rent for a house now. I am considering moving to Nexus at Sandhill .
