The maintenance here sucks. I have called multiple times and no one seems to be on call. I have been without air-conditioning for the past month. They say that nothing is wrong with it but currently it is with the heat being up to 100° outside. It is 85° in my home. I have four fans on currently to keep me cool throughout the day. I don’t recommend staying here if you like to be in the heat.

If you’ve lived here for awhile I’m sure you’ve experienced it all like anyone else has.
Poor communication: Not returning calls/emails, being rude, or giving conflicting information.
Lack of transparency: Hidden fees, unclear lease terms, or failure to provide documentation.
Maintenance delays: Ignoring requests or taking an excessive amount of time to complete repairs.
Disorganization: Losing paperwork, mixing up tenant information, or failing to process applications/payments properly... .
Unethical behavior: Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation when issues are raised.

If you’ve lived there for a while you think it’s nice and they are friendly until something don’t work and then it’s downhill from there. The rude and unprofessional shows up

I moved here a day after my birthday. It was a Smooth transition.
The staff really looked out, Pretty quiet, Don’t even hear my neighbors, And maintenance is on point

This apartment complex is beautiful and cozy. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. All my questions were answered, and I would definitely refer tenants to this location.
