The new management is full of it. They are just as bad. They have had 7 different managers in a year. The place is infested with roaches. The managers claim they are doing “what they can”. The application process is all but seamless and they are lairs!

Do not move here!!! This place is a total dump. Roaches everywhere, front office hides from the phone, the last front office team was fired and the new ones are even worse! There is NOTHING luxury about this place, you may as well go stay off Broad River…

Worst place I ever lived. Filthy dirty , hallways dirty, stairwell with garbage and dog urine, smells like urine and you have to walk through it, grills broken, fire pit broken, security doors broken, car care center broken, media room closes at 5pm and on weekends , no ac in gym. Waiting for my lease to be up. Do your research, look T the grills, stairwells etc, nasty and embarrassing living in this filth

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Grills don't work, fire pits don't work, No AC in gym since I've been here in April, car care center broken, security doors broken, no video intercom, media room closes and 5pm and is closed on weekends, garbage all over, dogs poop outside and no one picks it up, hallway dirty, dog urine in stairwell and the Odor is horrible, dog barks below me non stop at all hours, you can report to management all you want. NOTHING IS DONE. Fees for water sewer and garbage are ridiculous and... go up every month. Sewer 49.73, water 20.56 trash 46.34 oh and a service fee of 5.25 a month, pest control $5
