Good and safe place to live

I stayed for 1.5years here. It is clean and neat all the time. Good people around. Management is active and trustworthy. The location is an advantage as it is near to all the required shops and government offices.

Family Friendly Environment

We have live within the Whispering Pines community for 2yrs and just love the community. WP is a clean, quiet and affordable residential property with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just minutes walk to local shopping/fast food businesses and public transportation. WP is located in the best school district for Elementary-High School.

Life at Whispering Pines

I moved into Whispering Pines in 1994, raised my son there, and I am still living there! I love the spaciousness of my two bedroom apartment. There is a gracious amount of closet space and large bedrooms. All my maintenance needs are met in more than a timely manner! Property Manager and maintenance employees provide a quiet and safe place to live.

Apartment Review

My experience living at Whispering Pine Apartment has been awesome. Nice and quiet. Feel very safe. The apartment manger does an awesome job. Keeps the complex clean and updated. Anything goes wrong or need to be done in a timely matter, she makes sure that it gets completely. The maintenance guys also does an awesome. Yes my experience has been great. Anyone looking for a nice apartment to live in I would truly recommend the whispering pine apartments.

Awesome!!!

I have lived here for 1 yr now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the property! Kelly, the property manager is very nice and knowledgeable about all her tenants and their needs. The apartments are very clean and well kept , also any issues are tended to immediately. One thing I would like to have changed is to put a ceiling fan in the bedrooms instead of one just in the dining area. Also, an upgrade on the playground as it is quite out dated. Other than that, this is a… wonderful place to live and I would truly recommend it to anyone!

I truly apologize for your inconvenience of not having a ceiling fan in the living room and bedrooms; however, when the property was built, light fixtures were not installed in these rooms. … Unfortunately, at this time, this is an upgrade we are unable to accommodate. Please know that we are working on trying to get the playground updated and we will continue making improvements to the property and apartments. We hope that you will continue to enjoy your home with us, the community and our staff!
