Poor Management & Apartments

People move in and out daily with no actual long time residents. I stayed here and had problems within the first month here. The problems continued with no fixes until I was coming up on renewing my lease (which I would not do). They never sent out an exterminator for the roaches that been here. The apartments are old and I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Management changed twice in a year. Maintenance is unreliable. I will never come back.

My best Apt. choice…

Sixteen plus years in SC and until 6-yrs ago I road pass this property each work day; always wondering when I could apply… I liked what I could see of the outside. Thankfully, my turn came in May 2015… and I got to see the inside, the wait was over! I love the townhouse I’m in, the space and unit set-up and few maintenance issues, taken care of quickly, over the years! I’ve no immediate plans to leave, as yet, but my time here in Woodland Village Apt. Homes will be the template of any new… dwelling in my future.

Location and Professionalism

I appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the property manager! The space here is phenomenal for the price. And this is the best place to reside for location and access.

Always great service

I resigned my lease and in February, And the only reason I haven't done review since then it's because I've been busy. How ever the staff is excellent. The maintenance status wonderful particularly considering there's a pandemic going on there always on top of the maintenance. In January the bank messed up on Sunday my check to the apartment I went over and spoke to them about it they were very good about it and everything was sorted out. I was just telling my sister the other day, That unless I… move into a house or leave Colombia because of a job, I have no intention of leaving Woodland village apartment homes. If I decide I need a bigger apartment it will be at this complex. If you use public transit, There is a bus stop right out front. Security is great, and it is in Lexington/Richland school district five. So, it is a terrific place if you have children.
