Awful place to live

The pool has restricted hours the gym is never open and has 1970 equipment. Always smells of pot. Issues do not get fixed.

Rip Off

And there is no insulation you can literally hear the neighbors cell phone vibrating. Asked for 9 months to have air conditioner fixed and it never was. Cheaply put together. The pool is never open. It's running more like a jail than your home! Any sort of discrepancy and you are thrown out. If you are late on your rent three times your lease will not be renewed. Do not recommend this piece there's garbage everywhere and personally besides maybe three other residents it was very uncomfortable… because nobody speaks to you even if you speak to them.

I want to update the review made on 06/15/22

Things was out of control but as at all places their is bugs that has to be worked out. Their was a few bad apples in the bunch and the property manager has a good heart and wants to help everyone before taking drastic measures. You will not find a more helpful person and he will go out of his way to help you as long as you obey the rules. But he has to do what his bosses tell him weather he agrees to it or not. Over all when they get all updates finished it will be a great place.

Property manager is very personable and friendly and is there to help you out. Neighborhood is quiet and nicely kept.

Property manager is a liar

Called on a Tuesday to set up a time to see a 3 bedroom. Was promised to see a 3 bedroom that was unfinished. Got to the property on Thursday, was shown a 4 bedroom. Asked to see a 3 bedroom, and was told to come back in an hour or so to see a 3 bedroom and was shown another 4 bedroom. When I asked to see a 3 bedroom I was told he didn’t have any 3 bedrooms available to see. Called him to explain why I would not be applying and he hung up on me. My fiancé called to see if he would set up a time… to see a 3 bedroom for her, and he hung up on her without even getting her name or a time. He proceeded to call us back to say we were disconnected, and hung up on us again!
