love living here. the staff is great. maintenance is always on the ball. security circles around all night to ensure a safe community. easy to pay bills.

I enjoyed living here. The only problem is the bugs and cleanliness. The halls towards the end of the year were really gross with all the trash stains. Along with a roach problem we had at one point. Besides that it wasn’t a bad place to live

My ac has been broken for months. Being able to walk to class is nice and the pool is nice. Due to the broken ac, it is not only extremely hot in here I also have to clean my flooding kitchen and pay an outrageous utility bill.

It was overall pretty good. I did have a few issues with maintenance over the summer leaving my door unlocked and open to the public. The amenities were accurately open most of the time
