Perfect for someone with

So far I've lived here for 2 years and every year the rent has gone up $50. Recently we have decided to move into a more affordable option in the same apartment complex. The apartment we have is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. It's very spacious and has storage areas. We are responsible for electric, internet, and now water. This area is perfect for a college student because it's close to both schools but is becoming increasingly unreasonable in price. Overall I have enjoy living here but unfortunately… due to the economy in this area and job opportunities we have to move.
