Daniel Island is very nice, so many people walking or riding bikes and the trails are perfect to see the wildlife.
I think there should be speed bumps in the Overture area because the older residents are walking across the street with their dogs.

I looked at several adult living establishments and none of the others compared to the quality and affordability I saw with Overture. The friendly staff and living accommodations were second to none! I contracted for a lease immediately.

Very welcoming. Some things should be explained more. Example sign up sheets. Package delivery. Name tags would be nice at functions. It would have been helpful to introduce new residents at the information meeting

Thank you so much for your feedback! We do offer sign-up sheets at the front desk for all events that require RSVPs. We also have a designated Amazon package room, which is reviewed during new resident orientation, and we’d be more than happy to go... over that process with you in person at your convenience.

The staff in the Daniel Island Overture is fantastic. The community experience they provide is great. The building is clean and operates well. I am thankful.
