So happy with the news of a monthly newsletter to residents. Lived here over 4 years and communication not good between management and residents.Now, many needed improvements completed or scheduled soon! Nice to see that our suggestions are being given consideration!

We are new to the community (less than 30 days) and very pleased with Simmons Park. Being seniors it offers the best for our needs Easy access to shopping, quality restaurants etc. The complex itself offers all the amenities for our needs Easy access including workout facility and pool in an exceptionally secure environment. We think our selection here on Daniel Island was the right one for us

Great location and amenities. Only downfall is the price of parking to residents, $100 per car, per month is steep compared to competitors. Otherwise Overall a great experience here.

I love everything about Simmons Park! Close access to surrounding town of lovely Daniel Island. Close to Waterfront park which is amazing! Short distance to Mount Pleasant and Charleston! 5 stars, would give more if possible!!

Love the location and am enjoying my time here. I will say that I don’t agree with fees to park in the garage when there isn’t adequate parking outside of that option.
