Take your time!
You can do better! This place is under new management and nothing has been improved! The chairs at the pool are torn to shreds, only 6 are out there so it’s first come first served. The last owners/management were subpar. You’ll pay for amenities every month and the amenities are all broken! The TV’s haven’t been operable for over a year! So when you do this your, take your time! The bathrooms at the pool stays locked, you gotta beg for what you need and still won’t get it. The cold brew hasn’t... worked in over a year, the coffee machine is always broken. The equipment in the gym isn’t synced to WiFi so all you can do is weights, and it’s not just new owners and new management, it’s the failure to repair things and still COLLECT FEES! That’s like theft! Everyone is complaining and nothing is being done, then the new management rotates staff every 30 days, so there is no relationships to form. You can’t pay in the office, you have to go online then there’s a 7 dollars fee online. The flex program is a 15 month fee and then there’s property charges a fee for using the services. Then there’s dog poop… horrendous. And these people let thier dog poop right in front of your patio, the rental office, they don’t care! And management will walk right over it.. it’s normalized! And there are soooo many dogs here, so in the summer it stinks! Please don’t fall for a review! People who don’t live here come to the pool, do drugs and sex! There is no security the cameras never worked, your car will get vandalized! Then, the new owners are making the tenant pay the property insurance! Not individual renters insurance, so nothing in your unit is covered! You’d still have to pay renters insurance! Do not come here!
