The space (Furnished Room/Property)
This home is prepared for you with love. It has character and we would love to host you in our well-preserved charming home.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the entire space can accommodate up to two people comfortably. You will enjoy having access to a full kitchen with pots available, separate dining and living area.

You will have access to a full well-maintained bathroom with both shower & tub, a closet, and small drawer space. You will also have access to a trunk in the room to keep larger items that need storage.

The home has its own private entrance through the porch with stairs. Outside, hassle-free parking for two cars right in front. The rear entrance opens to the backyard, which is shared with our family.
We do NOT allow pets in consideration of other guests who might have allergies.

NO Smoking on the property.

We just wanted you to be aware that not more than 2 ppl are permitted to be on the property. Only registered guests may stay on the property. No parties or commercial photo shoots & other agendas are permitted. NO pets!

The tenant pays first month's rent, a security deposit of $1200, a cleaning fee of $275, and a key deposit of $75. Electric*, water and lawn maintenance also included. If applicable, the tenant agrees to pay any *electric bill over $125 for the month as well as any excessive water bills. (over $50)

A 12-month lease is preferred. However, we are open to discussing an initial lease term of 6–10 months to accommodate the tenant’s needs and circumstances.
