Excellent apartment & responsive owner

Quality upgrades throughout the unit. Granite countertops, double bowl kitchen sink, easy to clean back splash, large closet spaces in bedrooms. Quiet atmosphere. Great location. Dumpster areas are well lit and cleared on time.

The owner cares about proper maintenance and is receptive to tenant feedback. I really appreciated being treated well.

The community washers are not ideal and the pool area is being repurposed as of Summer 2026. Propeety management (Alliance) needs improvement but the… property owner takes care of issues when notified.

I Love my new place

I just love it here the master bedroom has a walk in closet and my kids room has 2 closets! The kitchen is full size and my dinning room is big enough for my late mom dinning room table and chairs! Everyone is so nice and helpful and I knocked a hole in the wall moving in and 3 Stone came out quickly and repaired it for me. I know I have to pay for it and I am good with it!! I cannot recommend this community enough!!
