First the refrigerator went out, it took them 3 months to bring a new one. Then the air went out during the hottest month of the year and it took them 4 months the to fix. By the time they fixed it summer was over we had no use for it. We kept having issues and they o Lu gave a 180$ credit. They wasn’t working with us with the rent and we no way to get contact with the property manager. I would recommend staying here!!

Units are currently being renovated to early 2000’s look. Maintenance is not available after hours/weekends. Unless you call multiple times, your maintenance needs won’t get helped. The structure of the buildings is very questionable and not well insulated (winters will make your energy bills high) As far as crime, is below average. Not many trouble maker neighbors. Complex manager does answer emails/calls and is friendly… but tends to be reminded constantly of issues since she’s super busy with... 2 complexes to manage. Otherwise it’s a decent place for first time renters. Not for the price though.

There's been issue after issue at this place and no one seems to care. Maintenance is not reliable and never available on the weekends.
Come here as a last resort. Seriously.

Townhouses are much smaller than the apartments when it’s comes to sections of different rooms in the house. Ask if apartments are available instead.
