Office staff are super friendly. Stan is always a pleasure to work and makes it feel like a joy just to come in and speak with. I have lived at Habitat 2000 for 5 years and have loved it. It’s a quiet, safe, environment. I always feel safe walking my dog at night. It’s rare to feel safe at night as a single female nowadays, but the property is well lit. The management always makes sure my work orders are completed in a timely manner, the property is always kept up, and the price can’t be beat.

My Apartment is in a very nice area and the complex is beautiful kept. I will be out of my lease in December and would like to move back to Florida near my family.
