Friendly staff and great prices

Office staff are super friendly. Stan is always a pleasure to work and makes it feel like a joy just to come in and speak with. Any complaints I have, I know he will listen to me thoroughly and go over any available solutions that are amicable to all parties involved and that means a lot to me. Pricing is excellent too, I've lived here for over 5 years now and have never had a rent increase and that's just unheard of these days. You can tell management cares about their residents and the… relationships they have with them.

I encountered some unconventional behavior

Management reserves the right to terminate leases without notice, a practice corroborated by recent reviews indicating multiple vacated properties. Potential discriminatory practices are a concern.

We want to respectfully clarify a few important points, as this review contains inaccuracies. We do not terminate leases without notice. All non-renewals and terminations are handled in strict accordance with state law and the terms of our lease… agreement, which require proper 30 day written notice.

Vacated units referenced in reviews are most often the result of lease expirations, voluntary move-outs, or non-renewals issued due to documented lease violations, not sudden or arbitrary action by management.

Additionally, any implication of discriminatory practices is both incorrect and concerning. All decisions are made based solely on lease compliance and objective policy enforcement, applied consistently to all residents. We do not tolerate or engage in discrimination of any kind.

We encourage anyone with questions or concerns about their lease or our policies to contact the office directly so we can address them accurately and transparently.

Habitat 2000

I have lived at Habitat 2000 for 5 years and have loved it. It’s a quiet, safe, environment. I always feel safe walking my dog at night. It’s rare to feel safe at night as a single female nowadays, but the property is well lit. The management always makes sure my work orders are completed in a timely manner, the property is always kept up, and the price can’t be beat.

Habitat 2000

My Apartment is in a very nice area and the complex is beautiful kept. I will be out of my lease in December and would like to move back to Florida near my family.
