I encountered some unconventional behavior
Management reserves the right to terminate leases without notice, a practice corroborated by recent reviews indicating multiple vacated properties. Potential discriminatory practices are a concern.

We want to respectfully clarify a few important points, as this review contains inaccuracies. We do not terminate leases without notice. All non-renewals and terminations are handled in strict accordance with state law and the terms of our lease... agreement, which require proper 30 day written notice.
Vacated units referenced in reviews are most often the result of lease expirations, voluntary move-outs, or non-renewals issued due to documented lease violations, not sudden or arbitrary action by management.
Additionally, any implication of discriminatory practices is both incorrect and concerning. All decisions are made based solely on lease compliance and objective policy enforcement, applied consistently to all residents. We do not tolerate or engage in discrimination of any kind.
