A Great place to live!
I have lived in The Grove townhomes for 3 years now and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The community is family-friendly, and my neighbors are kind and enjoyable to be around. 3 Stone Rentals (the management team) is always professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I've submitted a maintenance request, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. I've never had any major issues, and overall my experience here has been very positive. I would absolutely... recommend living here to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community,

Not what i expected ... AT ALL
Moved here solely because I saw reviews of the neighborhood being "quiet"... but I hear loud bikes, traffic,& music constantly. Not to mention my neighbors are also the loudest individuals I've ever lived beside. Management also doesn't respond to emails unless you constantly bother them. And yes, it's just as bad as an apartment. I can hear my neighbors on both sides walking/talking in their rooms upstairs while I'm downstairs. Unfortunately they don't allow you to "tour" the property... beforehand or else I would've never moved here.

Highly Recommend
jennifer with 3 stone helped me with my application which was nice and she took her time. I rented a townhome and they are nice and look brand new. I like that I can log into a portal and pay my rent online or if I need help I can do that online also. I did have a maintenance request because I did not think the thermostate works but it turned out that I was not working it right. The guy who came to fix it was very nice and took his time to explain it to me. I was not rushed at all and highly... recommend The Grove.

Rude
The Management was rude and I was quickly hung-up on for asking questions. The flooring is cheap and comes up quickly. It's quiet that's the bonus.

From the looks of it it seems well kept up. That’s why a 3 Star rating. The property managers don’t seem to keen on responding to messages & I’ve only tried to inquire about how to do a rental app….
