I have daily contact with so many Fort Mill residents who are mention that they are unhappy at their current apartment community. I never hear those comments from our Kingsley residents because our management company and staff take great care of us

Living here is like living on a resort property with many options. The pool is not crowded. The people are friendly. The availability of shopping an restaurants allow you to do something different each night.

I've really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The exercise facility is top-notch—clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded. There's also a peaceful walking path right by LPL Financial that's perfect for evening strolls or morning runs. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, and the property management team is both friendly and knowledgeable—they're always quick to help with any questions or concerns.... Common areas are kept very clean, and it's a short walk to plenty of great restaurants and shops. Overall, it’s a great place to live!
