I recently moved into Kingsley, and the experience has been wonderful from day one. Cam and Meg were exceptional throughout the entire leasing process—organized, attentive, and always quick to answer questions. They made everything feel easy and genuinely cared about helping me, hubby and my pets get comfortably settled.

Amy, the Property Manager, has also been fantastic. They’re warm, approachable, and clearly invested in creating a welcoming community. Every interaction with the team has... shown how dedicated they are to keeping things running smoothly.

The neighbors I’ve met have been just as friendly, which makes coming home feel even better. I’m really happy to be here.

I love the apartments at Kingsley Village. The apartment is a luxury-grade apartment. The amenities on the property, the staff, and the convenience convinced me to stay another year. If you are a pet owner, then the dog park is one of the nicest. I have only met very nice neighbors in the community. Everyone is quiet, respectful, and works together to maintain a secure, welcoming community.

Everyone on the staff did everything they could to make moving in here as good an experience as they possibly could. All the rooms were very clean and all the appliances and switches worked perfectly.

The leasing office staff is great.
The maintenance crew is amazing
The landscaping is maintained very well
I no longer have a dog but when I watch my friends dog she loves the freedom of running around the park
