All of our staff at the Kingsley Leasing Office has gone above and beyond to provide our community with an amazing year of activities and gatherings. Their thoughtful planning created a unique atmosphere of togetherness that we all share. We also commend their day to day service that we value and appreciate. Kingsley Apartments continues to be unmatched in the Fort Mill area.

If you want to live in the suburbs with all the amenities of a small city, Kingsley is your place! The apartment community is beautiful and well maintained with friendly staff who care. My favorite things are the conveniences that come with the location. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Fort Mill, fitness (yoga, orange theory), spas and more. You literally can walk or take a short drive to get to anything. There are also parks and trails around that also host nice events throughout... the year. Overall, I couldn’t have found a better place to land in Fort Mill. Come see for yourself!

Love living here!!!! The staff is so professional and really cares about your well being at Kingsley. Also, maintenance staff is great, never have to wait to get things fixed
