THE NEW OWNERS ARE SCAMMERS

They are trying to charge a late fee for rent even though our leases clearly say we have until the 5th. Then I’m being charged FOUR HUNDRED AMERICAN DOLLARS for water. Do not move here unless you have money to waste.

We are not under new ownership or management. If you are referring to the late fee from October, please note that this fee was waived due to… our transition to a new system. The fee was auto-posted later in the month in error, but it was credited back to affected accounts. If we happened to miss your account, please contact us so we can review and correct it.

Additionally, if you’ve had any open plumbing work orders, we’d be happy to review your average water and sewer charges and schedule our maintenance team to inspect for any ongoing plumbing issues that could be contributing to the problem.

Nice and convenient place to live

Love the set up of our apartment. The office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping, close to the highway, and our church. Come live here you'll love it. 5 years here so far.

Love it here!!

Great place, I truly love it here! Moved in a few days ago but so far so good. Had a few maintenance issues which were resolved immediately! Definitely recommend Willows at Fort Mill.

Lights over stove.

Quickly answered my post on line and replaced my lights over my stove. It is very dark over the store without the lights so I appreciated the quick turn around.

Dryer fire on 3/26/25 due to lies and negligence

I recently had a dryer fire. Thankfully t was small RPM has lied to me telling me vendors were here for “ preventive maintenance “ and there was so much lint buildup in wall pipes .
No one ever came for “
Preventive maintenance “ in the 5 years I’ve lived in this apartment .
