Wonderful
The property manager, maintenance man, and pest control man are absolutely wonderful. Repair are handled quickly, lawn is always mowed and PM is prompt. The peach orchard is a unique amenity I didn't know I wanted. Community pool is within walking distance, has a laundry area next to the office for residents who may not have a washer and dryer, although units have hook ups, a fenced in dog park, a little playground for kids, and a few grills to access close to units. I was able to put in a small… container garden in the front of my unit which you cannot do in most complexes. Neighbors decorate their units for holidays which is refreshing. I highly recommend this complex, it's clean and quiet.
