Wonderful apartment!

I was in a desperate situation, and had to move from a condo into another location immediately. Garden Grove was so welcoming and accommodating. Cathy in the office was absolutely wonderful. This place is so quiet and everyone is so friendly. If you need a nice place, reasonably priced and well maintained, check out Garden Grove.

Easy living

The property manager does a great job ensuring residents stay happy, any issue big or small, and this property management team is on top of it. Both kind and professional is hard to find with property management these days, and Garden Grove has it figured out. Great location too.

Good quiet Place.

Ive Been Here Over 5 Years Nice Apartments And Good Neibors.
Lawn Matinance Is Included And Trash Pick Up Also Pest Control.
If Somethin breakes Matinance Is On Top Of It.
Were Close To Shoppin And The Beach.
Management Is great Always lets Us Know If Sever Weather And When Pest Control Comes In Always Gives Letter To Each Apartment

Well managed and clean.

I haven’t lived in a rental setting for 40 years and I was so apprehensive, but I was new to town and needed a place that would let me bring my dog. I spent weeks searching the internet, google maps, and reviews. Finally I came across Cathy at Garden Grove, as a manager she was very helpful, returned my calls, and was pleasant to deal with.
I rented a place sight unseen, and after being here a couple months I can say, I am pleasantly surprised and have no regrets.
The Garden Grove community is... well managed, the units are well maintained and the grounds are manicured and free of animal waste. If something needs to be repaired, David, the maintenance guy is there to fix it.
I really have no complaints, even with all the animals that are allowed here. I was afraid there would be barking, piles of waste..etc, but not here. It is a nice place to live.

Great Place!

My family has lived here for over 8 years. We have never had an issue and the office is always available for any concerns. We love it because we are so close to different stores and the beach. It is a quiet neighborhood and the kids are able to play outside with their friends. i would definitely recommend this place!
