A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200, granting access to the two community pools at the Beach Club and dining options. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Beach gear rentals are available with a $35 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Propane grilling is permitted in the parking lot only, away from the building.
