The minimum age to rent this property is 25. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A $100 holdover fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available for a fee of $125 plus tax and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. All properties are non-smoking homes and villas; a $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of this policy. If a pet is discovered on a property not designated as pet-friendly, the rental will be terminated immediately with a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control.
