This home is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a gourmet kitchen, an elevator, and expansive porches. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, rooftop deck, screened porches, open decks, laundry room, and gas grill.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee: $1,500 per stay from November to April, and $1,000 per stay from May to October. Car passes are $20 per vehicle and must be displayed at all times. Guests staying 3-21 nights receive a $50 per day credit toward beach equipment rentals.
Located in the private gated community of DeBordieu Colony, beach access is conveniently situated just across DeBordieu Boulevard. Please note that this property does not include access to DeBordieu Club amenities, such as the golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, pools, or club dining facilities.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property; a $500.00 fee will be charged for violations. Maximum of 8 vehicles are permitted, and street parking is not allowed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted within DeBordieu Colony.
