This villa is equipped with central heat and air, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.
A starter supply of soap, bath tissue, and dishwasher detergent is provided. Guests are advised to bring staple kitchen items, wraps, paper products, soap, laundry and dish detergent, and beach towels. Linen service is included, with sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishtowels, and bathmats provided and beds made. Crib sheets and beach towels are not supplied. Guests may send and receive faxes, have photocopies made, and access wireless internet free of charge. Many properties have elevators, which should only be used on check-in and check-out days for unloading and loading, or for the use of the elderly or disabled. A release must be signed before access to the elevator will be issued. For DeBordieu Colony, guests towing a boat must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay the appropriate seasonal fees. Golf carts must be battery/electric powered and operators must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability.

Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A $100 Holdover Fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is available for a fee of $125, plus tax, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. Late check-out is available for a fee of $125, plus tax, and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. All properties are non-smoking homes and villas. A $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of the non-smoking policy and billed to the credit card on file. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. No houseparties are permitted. Portable grills are not to be used on porches, balconies, pool decks, in garages, or on the beach. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited. No nuisance, excessive noise, or unseemly behavior is allowed. In the event of a mandatory evacuation due to natural disasters, guests must vacate the premises immediately. Unless Travel Insurance has been purchased, there will be no reimbursement for a mandatory evacuation. Items left in the home can be mailed back for a fee of $15.00, plus the cost of postage.
