Each of the three inviting bedrooms is outfitted with a king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The villa is equipped with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. For your convenience, each bathroom is stocked with a small bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a single roll of toilet tissue. The kitchen includes a roll of paper towels and a tablet of dishwashing detergent.
Propane grilling is permitted on the deck only. Beach gear rentals are available through a partnership, with guests receiving a credit towards bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Grocery delivery, babysitter arrangements, and kayak rentals can also be arranged. A Sports Membership provides access to community pools, dining, golf, a fitness center, and tennis courts. This is a non-smoking property, and a $500 fee will be charged for violations. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. A holdover fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 10:00 AM.
