Business services such as faxing, photocopying, and wireless internet are available free of charge. Items left in the home can be mailed back for a fee of $15.00 plus postage. No repairs, cleaning, washing or maintenance to any vehicle shall be carried out on the rental property. Public walkways are clearly marked; do not trespass through private property. The minimum age to rent a property is 25. Construction activity may cause noise, obstruction of view, or other nuisures, and no refunds or discounts will be given for such occurrences.
