Management is horrible
The Property Manager is incredibly disrespectful and rude to tenants. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have had nothing but negative experiences with Ronji, the PM. My neighbors and I have compared stories and she is very unprofessional to everyone. They do not enforce the noise ordinance and many neighbors blast loud music late into the night. The parking is a disaster with not enough spaces for tenants vehicles and it’s a constant battle to find a spot if you have more than one vehicle.... Emails are sent out last minute threatening to charge tenants high fees if they do not do what’s asked by management. There is zero hospitality when it comes to how this place is managed.
