The staff is very nice. The main thing that I do not like is the garbage dump. It is right next to the playground. There are a lot of kids in the community, but I rarely see any kids playing there. I would really love to see the dog park back up.

Location, location, location! This is perfect for us, as I work at Woodruff Road Christian Church, right across the street. Me and my wife have lived at Bellwood for almost 3 years. Great community, the leasing office is responsive, and it's in a good spot off of Woodruff Road.

I love when the yard people come destroy your stuff and say nothing. Once an accident, twice..... hmmm. Also what are you doing about the flooding that happens on this side of area? Nothing has been done for prevention.
