I’m very pleased with the property overall , my only concern would be having kids and living above someone who makes complaints ! I wish I could’ve got a bottom unit ! I don’t want to interrupt anyone’s peace and quiet but at the same time it’s like I have to make my kids act like they’re in a library in the comfort of our new home. That’s my only issue , other than that everything else is good!

I've only lived out here a month and it has been a great experience for me and my kids. I was provided with a clean apartment anything that was wrong on move in day was addressed and corrected. Ms. Geraldine in the office is great, she is such a patient person, she explains things if you don't understand, and goes above and beyond to be sure that you are helped!

Right now I'd say this is one of the worst communities to live in. There's no amenities. Can't use the pool. The clubhouse, the play area. They're supposed to be a pond, but it's more like a mud puddle. It's just not satisfying at all for the price we're paying

The Lakeside place apartments is a community for everyone, pet friendly, viewing the ducks, you can do family cookouts, you can also enjoy walking around the community for exercise
