McBee Station Apartments

This property has gone downhill the past couple of years, since being taken over by Tribridge Residential. I lived there for 3 years and it went from being awesome to miserable. The new management is the biggest issue. Turnover rate is very high. Issues: - Water and mold damage to buildings. Management claims there was no mold damage, but many people moved out due to mold. My building was under construction for 9 months and still not finished when I moved out. Nail pops in the walls were never… repaired. Many areas remained in disrepair for extended periods of time. - Office would not answer the phone or return phone calls. My monthly amount due was constantly wrong. Whenever I called the office they were never helpful and it always resulted in me having to fix the issue on my own. - Office management did not honor the terms of my last lease agreement, specifically $500 off rent for renewal. They were dishonest and difficult to deal with. For what you have to pay at McBee, there are better options in downtown Greenville. I have lived here for 5 years. Lately, the management has changed (July 31) and it's brought a lot of problems. It really went downhill, in terms of customer service. Unfortunate, since this was a great place to live with a community of people who loved the place. Now, complaints galore! It was 5 star for 5 years!!!

Love the staff and the resident parties. Made the right choice living here.
