After living in three different apartment communities since moving to Greenville, I can honestly say that NorthPointe Apartments is where I plan to stay.
The floor plans are exceptionally well designed, and the entire community is maintained to a very high standard. One of the biggest strengths of NorthPointe is the people. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, while the maintenance crew is outstanding—prompt, knowledgeable, and always willing to... help.
The amenities are among the best I've seen. Residents enjoy daily garbage pickup in addition to trash chutes, secure package delivery rooms, separate secure mail rooms, a business center with computers, a clubhouse, private fitness center, pool with sundeck, dog wash station, bike storage room, and a gated parking deck with covered walkways connecting the buildings—something you really appreciate on rainy days.
Security is exceptional and about as good as it gets for apartment living. Access is controlled through a fob system at multiple levels, including building entrances, elevators, hallways, and individual apartment access. The elevators only allow access to authorized floors, providing an added level of security and peace of mind.
One of my favorite features is the location. Having Harris Teeter Grocery and Pharmacy literally steps from your front door is incredibly convenient. There are also retail shops, restaurants, a nail salon, and attractive courtyard spaces integrated into the community. Downtown Greenville is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer without needing to drive.
NorthPointe is a pet-friendly community with residents of all ages. As one of the older residents, I've always felt welcomed and comfortable here. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff regularly surprises residents with activities and events that help build a sense of community.
If you're looking for the feel and convenience of downtown living, NorthPointe is hard to beat. If your dream is country living, this may not be the place for you. But if you want security, convenience, excellent amenities, and a well-managed community in the heart of Greenville, I highly recommend NorthPointe Apartments.

It is 100% worth the price, with a great location and close to downtown. The grocery store right it next to it is a huge plus, too. The staff here is wonderful and maintenance is very timely. The amenities are also great (I have a dog and he loves it here, too). The community is wonderful as well and super helpful. It’s a great spot to live!

The location is terrific! With Harris Teeter next door, drives to the grocery store are eliminated.

The covered garage parking is clean and secure.

The grounds are clean and well-kept.

Most importantly, the staff is excellent and very helpful!

Amenities are not worth all of the extra money they charge. Management is terrible and tries to up fees or find ways to charge you. Staff is unresponsive to concerns or request. The apartment itself is nice but not worth the terrible management and high fees

They closed all amenities for no reason. No city, state or federal recommendations or ordinances. I’m actually still paying rent for another apartment with the same property management in Charlotte. Their amenities are still open just like all the other apartments in Greenville and Charlotte. It’s all hearsay no science logic or government ordinances. Other apartments have a reserve system, but they are apparently too lazy to implement a process
