If anyone around you smokes in their apartment, your apartment WILL smell like they're smoking in yours. This is because the apartments are old and cheaply made. Management won't be able to stop the smoke coming into your apartment or stop the people that are doing it even though the lease says you can't smoke in the apartments. Their ultimate solution for you is to transfer to a new apartment with no guarantee that this won't happen again. There's nothing the management can do to stop this even though it says you can't smoke in the apartment in the lease. Managment's ultimate solution for the problem is to move you to a new apartment which you have to sign a new lease for with a new monthly rent (which is much higher than my current rent) and pay a transfer fee with no guarantee this won't happen again. During my 2-year stay here, I've had 0 complaints. There was a time that my sink wasn't working and maintenance took a while to address it but that was understandable since it was around the time Covid hit. The location was convenient as I had everything within minutes of me including work. The current staff is pretty helpful. I definitely would stay here again if I had to start over.

Stoneledge has been my home for a while now and I am just now getting around to leaving them a review but you can really tell they care how everyone feels about their community. The maintenance team is the best one I've ever seen, they are always out the same day or next with any issues in my apartment.
