Poor Maintenance and Slow Response

Living at The Assembly Apartments has been very frustrating because maintenance does not come to fix problems in a timely manner—if at all. I have submitted multiple requests and either waited weeks with no updates or received no response at all. Simple issues like leaks, broken appliances, or safety concerns should be addressed quickly, but they are not. It feels like management ignores residents once you move in, even though rent is not cheap. Residents deserve better upkeep and accountability… . I would not recommend living here until they improve their maintenance response and start treating tenants with respect.

There is a pool in my apartment complex and we are not allowed to use it never open it was only open for 3 days and that was it

Unprofessional

I called to be added to the waiting list in March and was told I was number 10 on the list. I never received a call so decided to stop by the office in September and the girl in the office was nonchalant and didn’t offer any info, it was like I was talking to myself and she didn’t have a clue about anything. I left and waited a month and decided to call again only to be told my name wasn’t on the list and that they didn’t give “numbers”. Every time I talk to someone I get different answers etc.… if it’s like this getting in I can imagine what it’s like living here ???????

The assembly apartments are very nice very friendly neighbors just a few rowdy kids but management is working on that now very quiet and Very peaceful the apartments are beautiful they have High ceilings the paint on the inside is gorgeous the balcony is so nice and relaxing with shrubbery and trees planted in front very protected area they have Officers that patrol the parking lot every night Parking lot very well lit up I live By myself and I feel so secure the managers of the apartment are… very nice and cooperative to work with have been here almost a year and I really love it
