I stayed out here for 2 years, management is always changing, they can’t keep a maintenance guy. Kids hide in the laundry room smoking and drinking. The trash is ridiculous.

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. This is the worst place I have ever lived. No security,no maintenance to speak of, don't know where or when the pictures were taken but they make me laugh!!! Weeks of trash piled up have had to take my trash ??? with me to my son's house and leave in his trash can. The worst thing about it is that they get help from the government!!! I wonder if uncle Sam would consider living here? NO!!!

The current company that took over the buildings is horrible! We have a huge trash problem constantly. They have no problem goin on your balcony. Going into your apartment when they “tried” to call you to tell you even though they didn’t have the correct number on the paper. Then the property manager is extremely rude and horrible to deal with at all. The pool has not been open in over a year and completely green. The gym has two working machines. We have no Maintenance staff so everything is… hired out and take forever! Because they are more concerned with painting the doors and changing lights on the balcony’s.
