The beginning was a very challenging transition to Charleston, however with management changes I feel that the experience, the promptness and attitudes towards tenants, and the overall environment has improved. Very satisfied with the changes overall.

I am so happy to be an Audubon Park resident! The office staff (hi Barbara) has been welcoming and helpful every time I’ve had a need or just a general question. Maintenance has been quick to show up and very knowledgeable.
I can see myself staying here for years. My apartment already feels like a cozy home.
