All round pretty nice complex, occasionally there are some loud car mufflers,, but it gets resolved! Convenient distance from a mini/strip mall!

I became a new resident to Courtney Bend in August, since the first time I walked in the door to ask about my renting options, I've felt at home. I've found the management and maintenance staff to be very friendly and helpful. My apartment was spotless and in pristine condition on my move in date, and I have yet to encounter any issues with my unit. The property of CB is gorgeous, from the beautiful palm trees to the luxurious pool I swear i feel like I go on a mini vacation every time I layout!… I highly recommend CB as a safe, clean, and beautiful place to live!

I wish they would have a better system for the garbage, more stability in maintaining maintenance people and better dog area. More lighting is needed and also broken lights fixed.

Been living here 3 years last 2 months my AC been leaking and still hasn’t been fixed … very trashy lots of dumping and office seems to care less about it

It's mostly been okay living here, had air conditioning problems that took eight weeks to fix, maintenance was lacking for awhile. I still don't understand why the gate never gets fixed
