The open-concept living area features a comfortable sectional, ample seating, a 75” Smart TV, and a beautiful skylight. A sunroom off the living area leads to an outdoor deck with stairs to the pool. The kitchen and dining area feature all new appliances, quartz countertops, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with a large custom banquette seating for 10+. Each of the six bedrooms and the living area, and sunroom are equipped with Smart TVs and ceiling fans.
A 2-hour private sunset cruise is included for all bookings of 7 days or longer, for up to 14 passengers. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day, which must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay and paid in full prior to arrival. Private parking is available for up to 6 cars under a covered carport with a wide driveway. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for 1 dog and $450.00 for 2 dogs, with a limit of two medium-sized dogs and no aggressive breeds.

Smoking and events are not allowed. The only pets allowed are dogs.
