If you are looking for a warm weather to stay during the winter, look no further. Our Villa is in the middle of the resort looking at the beautiful lagoon with... the fountain. You get the best possible view from all the rooms. It is a very relaxing and very quiet place. Plenty of space for with over 1400 sq ft Villa.
Short walk to the beach around 10 minutes. There are 3 pools, a tennis court for resort residents to enjoy.
Villa is on the ground floor and provides easy access. Lower level has living area with couches and TV set. Big couch transforms into queen size pull out bed if needed. Dining area has a glass dining table with four chairs. Full size kitchen provides all utilities for eating and cooking. There is half bathroom on that floor.
You need to use stairs to get to the upper level. There are 2 big size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Main bedroom has queen size bed and a rocking chair. Glass siding doors provide view of the fountain and access to balcony. Second bedroom has 2 double beds, dresser and TV. There is a door to the same balcony. Both bedrooms have wall closets available to guests.
Villa is fully furnished. All appliances including washer and dryer.
Up to two parking spaces are available for tenants after submitting parking application and $25 fee per tag.

Our Villa is available for lease from September 1st. Rent includes everything except electricity. Cable TV and High Speed Internet are included in the rent. Renters will need to pay for electricity. Will require credit and background verification. Read More
