I love it here!
I moved in late summer and I could not be happier and I want to remain here for as long as they'll let me. I think the rate of the apartment is very reasonable. It's so safe. Gabby is the sweetest thing you can approach her with anything. Claudia is kind and the two guys that are maintenance. We couldn't ask for better. They are so polite so nice. It is safe here it is peaceful. I have a screened in back porch that I love to sit on with my dog and look over a lagoon. I've been in Hilton head for… a little over two years and the best thing I ever did was live and move into Marsh Point. if you have the slightest issue, they answer it immediately they have gatherings with the residents can come and gather together beautiful pool. They have an extra large washer and dryer. If you have big bedding, a weight room I couldn't be happier. There's not one negative thing I have to say and I speak very honestly because where I came from wasn't quite like that this place is perfect. how often they have pesticide come in and everything they keep track of it. I couldn't ask for a better place and I'm so happy here with my dog. Thank you Marsh Point for allowing me to be a resident.
