Flimpsy and noisy. The management is noon existent

Noise

Management is non-existent and will place unparented kids above you to stomp and jump on the poorly constructed floors above. They made a move to install laminate floors throughout without a construction that keeps noise down. The effect is like living under a drumskin. The landscaping is well kept, but who cares when you have to live by your neighbor above's schedule, even leaving to get peace.

lake living

I love my apartment the scenery and all the fun things they offer with the lake right at my feet but getting them to do work orders in a timely manner is a BUST.

My happy place!

I couldn't ask for a more serene place to live in an area of hustle bustle. Commute is hard through malfunction junction but worth it all at the end of my day to come home to beautiful sunsets, resort living and smiling faces.
