Excellent Complex

I’ve been a resident of Ashton woods since 2018, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. I started in a one-bedroom unit and was thrilled to move into a two-bedroom with absolutely no issues. The maintenance team is always responsive and informative, ensuring that any concerns are quickly addressed. The property is impeccably maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Ashton woods to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Read the Fine Print

Ruthless with move-out charges. Make sure you document everything that isn't 100% perfect or else they will charge you for it even if it isn't your fault.

I love my home

I love the location! Very close to my college and my job! 20 minutes to Downtown! my Pitbull loves his new apartment as well he has his own friends here aka Lexi ;-)
Maintenance is quick my shower was fixed within an hour! Girls in the office are very polite ;-)

Nice place

I've lived here for a while now and can say that it has been very enjoyable. Issues are fixed quickly and the people here care about your happiness. I like calling ashton home.

Go else where

High Crime. Poor Management team. Drugs being sold non stop. Out dated appliances. No reception for phone use. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read all the other reviews out there..
