I have lived at Hamiltons Bay for several years and love it. The people in the office are always nice and when I have a maintenance issue it is resolved quickly. The new management is great and have really turned things around.

This management company has an excuse for everything. Unfullfilled promises, poor maintenance. She sweet talks you and does nothing. Take a good look around, and I mean a good one. They keep raising prices and give nothing in return. HOA is power freaks and look out for themselves. Good luck if you rent or buy here.

We sold our house and needed a place right away. Hamilton’s Bay has worked out perfect for us. Everyone has been so helpful and we couldn’t be happier.

The apartments are old. Kitchen appliances are old. No microwave. No ceiling fans. Why would they have wood flooring for the apartment upstairs and all you hear is noise. Should have stayed at the old apartment complex. Still waiting for the gym keys. Other apartments have their pool open.

Due to COVID, we were unable to open our pool in the spring like usual. There were many steps we took to make... sure we opened the pool with all safety measures in place.
