I was told my apartment looked great when I moved out and that I would receive my security deposit back. I never received it. I called to check on it was told it was issued two months ago. I informed them I never received it and they should be able to see it was never cashed. She said she would check with her manager and call me back. I never received a call back. I have left countless messages and emails with no response. I have reached out to the management company with no response. I have now... resorted to filing a complaint against them.

CRIME AREA
This is the higest crime area in Mauldin. On 22 March 2024 there was a double homicide across the street. This complex has seen its fair share including grand theft auto and drive-bys. Stay away, especially if you have kids. Your not safe here and the complex does nothing about your saftey and security. They dont even have cameras up anywhere. Ridiculous.

Theres nothing good to say.
No public laundry room. Weight room 24/7 locked. Noone in the office ever. Dont pickup phones. But the property manager lives on the property? Major crime on property. I witnessed a drive-by. No kidding. Its just horrendous. Take my word for it.

Staffing is a Joke
I lived here before the Stonemark takeover, and it was great. Since then, the staff has never been in office, and it takes maintenance months to actually respond to a service call. Plus, you would expect people to answer the phone at a minimum, but that never happens either.

Really nice
Love it here at the terrace at butler office ladies Deirdre and candy are amazing very caring about the residents here.At first i was not sure if I like the location of my apartment but it grew on me, love my location clean,quiet and my neighbor across from me is great,maintenance is great quick to reply and the amenities are wonderful. I'm glad I moved here,excellent location,schools stores,restaurants safe i highly recommend this complex.And building 500 is wonderful.kennedy
