    Scammers

    This place raised the rent a week before rent was due and gave the option to vacate or extend stay or stay on a month to month basis. We chose to vacate and then they charged us for another months rent and a late fee even though we didn’t owe them that money and so they deduced all that money from our deposit and gave us only a fraction of our deposit back and kept the rest of it for themselves. We also got lied to that this place was remodeled when we entered. The place was filthy and smelled… like fungus and took so long to air out. We didn’t have hot water for the first week and we had ac water leak for over a month. Having to mop the kitchen floor every day. The kitchen is old and crappy. Especially with rent increase it’s not worth it. It never was.
