We’ve lived here for about 3 weeks now and we love it so far! Maintenance is quickly to respond and the staff is great with communication as well. Everyone in the community is so friendly and doesn’t hesitate to speak to one another.

Office staff and maintenance has been helpful with all needs. Apartment is in a great location to get to the beach, shops, grocery stores, and downtown Charleston. The past month living here has been great.
